Secretariat at the Regional Office; through the Phil-GEPS website
or at www.philpost4.blogspot.com. Moreover, eligibility
documents to be submitted are (i) photocopy of proponent's
Department of Trade and Industry or Securities and Exchange
Commission Registration Certificate, as the case maybe; (ii)
Mayor's Permit; and (iii) BIR Certificate of Registration.

The forms (Financial Proposal Submission Sheet),

PROJECT: PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER This Committee deliberated on the clarificatory questions raised by the bidders present during the Pre-Bid Conference held last Wednesday, January 16, 2013.
This Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify certain requirements in the Bidding Documents as raised during Pre-Bid Conference which shall form an integral part thereof. Thus, the following clarifications shall supplement/amend the existing provisions in the Bid Documents:
Phlpost Southern Luzon Postal Area will adopt the Invitation to Bid which was posted in the PhilGEPS Website where it provided that the Bidder should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to this Project.This therefore amends and supplements the Invitation to Bid contained in the Bid Documents as well as the relevant provisions in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Clause No. 5.4 (page 36) and Instructions To Bidders Item No. 12.1 (a) (iii) page 16);
On the List Equipment and Supplies that the contractor should provide, the requirment of one unit Shotgun is hereby deleted. Hence, only two (2) handguns (9mm Pistol) shall be required, one each for the guards on duty. This amends Item A.1. of the List of Equipment (page 84); and
The Bid Securing Declaration is hereby added to the enumeration of allowable Bid Security pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 03-2012 approved on January 27, 2012. It therefore supplements Instructions to Bidders Item No. 18.1 (page 21). To secure a Form, please download from the GPPB Website.
